Large aluminium sliding window with thermal break frame in a modern villa facade
Windows

Thermal break aluminium windows, built to your schedule.

Casement, French window, awning, sliding and fixed systems from 86 mm to 120 mm series, manufactured to project drawings and certified for North American, Australian and European compliance.

Overview

One profile system is not enough for every climate

A window that performs in Dubai does not automatically perform in Melbourne or Toronto. Wind load, driving rain, solar gain and acoustic requirements all point to different profile depths, glass build-ups and opening types. We build five window families so the specification can follow the climate instead of the catalogue.

  • Thermal break profiles with polyamide isolation bars, cut and assembled in-house
  • Glass controlled in-house: double or triple glazed, tempered, laminated, Low-E, argon filled
  • Tested values published: U-factor from 0.19 Btu/hr·ft²·°F on fixed frames
  • Complete packages: frames, sashes, glass, hardware, screens and accessories from one factory
  • Project support: shop drawings, glass schedule and certification documents for approvals

Outward opening casement windows

The workhorse of residential and hotel projects. Outward opening sashes give a full clear opening, seal tightly on compression gaskets, and suit everything from apartment bedrooms to villa facades.

French windows

Arched tops and slim mullions give French windows their classic European character. Built on the same thermal break platforms as our casements, they pair fixed side lights with opening sashes in a single elevation without giving up the sealed, double glazed performance.

03 — Sliding

Sliding and lift-slide windows

For wide openings where a hinged sash would be impractical. Side-press sliding gives strong water performance in exposed locations; lift-slide carries very large panels with a light pull and a tight seal when closed.

Fixed frames, sunrooms and curtain wall

Fixed glazing delivers the best thermal and acoustic numbers in the range, and it is where large spans become possible. Curtain wall systems carry the same engineering across full building envelopes, and we combine fixed frames with operable sashes in the same elevation.

Specification options

What we need from you, and what you can choose

GLASS

Build-up

Single, double or triple glazed; tempered or laminated; Low-E coating on face 2 or 3; argon filling at 94% or above; tinted or reflective options for high solar gain.

PROFILE

Finish and colour

Powder coated, anodised or wood grain finish. Standard RAL colours plus project-specific colours; sand grey and matt black are common for export orders.

HARDWARE

Operation and security

German or Chinese branded friction stays, handles, multipoint locks and hinges. Fly screens, blinds and restrictors can be factory fitted.

To quote accurately we need: window schedule or drawings, sizes and quantities, opening type per item, glass requirement, finish colour, destination port. Without a schedule we can only give indicative square-metre rates.
Cost

What these systems cost

Every system on this page is made to measure, so there is no single rate per square metre. For project quantities, most orders fall between USD 80 and USD 150 per m² FOB China, depending on system depth, glass build-up, hardware, finish and volume. Our window price and costing guide sets out what each band buys, the six variables that move it most, and how to send a specification that comes back as an accurate number.
