Aluminium doors for wide openings and heavy traffic.
Sliding, folding, hinged and entrance systems engineered for terrace openings, hotel lobbies and residential entrances, with certified structural and water performance.
A door is a structural problem as much as an aesthetic one
A 4-metre folding door behaves very differently from a 900 mm hinged leaf. Sash weight, wind load, threshold drainage and the number of open-close cycles all change what hardware and profile depth will survive ten years of daily use. Our door systems are specified around those numbers.
- Tested to full size: 2200 × 2100 mm door specimens for structural and water rating
- Threshold options: low-profile, rebated and flush drainage for level access
- Hardware rated for weight: matched to sash mass, not just opening type
- Certified systems: CSA Group PG35 folding, AS 2047 swing doors
- Complete from one factory: frame, leaf, glass, hardware and seals
Sliding doors and lift-slide systems
Large glass areas with no swing clearance. Multi-track sliding handles two to four panels; lift-slide carries panels that would be too heavy for a standard roller and seals on closing.
| System | Multi-track sliding · lift-slide · side-press sliding |
| Tested performance | Leakage class LC-PG40 · design pressure 1920 Pa · water 720 Pa |
| Certification | CSA Group 80250569 |
| Typical use | Terrace and balcony doors, hotel suites, poolside openings |
Folding door systems
The widest clear opening a door can give. Panels fold to one or both sides, so a 6-metre wall can become almost entirely open. The critical details are the top track, the hinge quality and the floor guide, because those carry the entire leaf weight.
| System | EB-68A folding door · folding with fixed panel |
| Tested performance | Class LC-PG35 · design pressure 1680 Pa · water 290 Pa |
| Certification | CSA Group 80250569 (2200 × 2100 mm test specimen) |
| Typical use | Villa living rooms, restaurants, pool houses |
Folding systems have lower water resistance than sliding or casement systems by design. For exposed coastal elevations we normally recommend sliding or side-press systems instead.
Hinged, pivot and swing doors
Single and double leaves for entrances, garden access and internal partitions. Pivot doors suit tall, heavy leaves; hinged doors suit everyday traffic and give the best weather seal.
| System | 105 series outward-opening swing door (AS 2047) |
| Tested performance | SLS 1600 Pa · ULS 5300 Pa · water penetration resistance 450 Pa |
| Certification | CSi licence 7724 · AS 2047:2014 · test report EET-2025QCFS3-0028(E) |
| Typical use | Entrances, garden doors, commercial facades |
Entrance and security doors
Insulated aluminium entrance doors that look like timber and behave like aluminium: no warping, no rot, stable in humidity. Available with sidelights, transoms and multipoint locking.
| Construction | Thermal break leaf with insulated core, wood grain or powder coated finish |
| Security | Multipoint locking, reinforced frame, security glass options |
| Configuration | Single, double, with sidelight or transom |
| Typical use | Villa entrances, apartment doors, hotel service doors |
What to include in your enquiry
Sizes and quantities
Width, height and quantity per item, or a full schedule. Include the opening direction and which side the panels stack on.
Site conditions
Exposure (coastal or sheltered), wind zone, and whether the threshold must be level for accessibility.
Finish and glass
Colour reference, glass requirement (thermal, acoustic, safety) and whether screens or blinds are needed.
Tell us the opening, we will specify the system.
Drawings, sketches or a list of sizes are enough to start.
