EBON has been making thermal break aluminium windows and doors in Foshan since 2004. The factory is the product: profile machining tolerance, glass assembly and inspection discipline decide how the window performs ten years after installation.
Multiple production bases in China's aluminium capital
Foshan produces a large share of the world's aluminium building products, and the supply chain here is the reason window manufacturing clusters around it. EBON operates three smart manufacturing bases plus a dedicated 3i-Low-E glass plant, totalling over 100,000 m² with an annual output above one million square metres.

The part of the window that decides the numbers
Insulating glass is assembled in-house on imported Bystronic and Glaston lines inside a temperature-controlled workshop, with argon filling at 94% or above. Tempered units pass through a 290 °C, 2–4-hour heat soaking process to control spontaneous breakage, held to 0.1‰.
The 3i-Low-E coating is patented (ZL202410099072.X). Measured performance: UV blocking above 95%, infrared blocking above 93%, with 30-year contractual warranty on the insulating glass unit.
Tested in our own laboratory, not just on site
Every new system passes in-house laboratory testing before release. The lab covers the five performance properties that matter for a window: wind pressure resistance, thermal insulation, sound insulation, air tightness and water tightness. More than 300 professional tests are completed each year.

Profile machining
Profile drawings are engineered and CNC-programmed in-house, and machining holds 0.1 mm tolerance on core profiles — which is what makes consistent corner joints and reliable hardware alignment possible.
Glass assembly
Double and triple glazed units assembled and sealed in-house, with argon fill verified at 94% or above.
Assembly and packing
Frames and sashes assembled, sealed, then packed for sea freight with corner protection and desiccant.

A walkthrough of the sample showroom at the factory. Every system sold from this site is built full size and displayed as a working unit rather than a cut-away board, so a buyer can open the sash, check the sightline and measure the profile before placing an order.

EBON window and door systems are manufactured by Guangdong EBON Windows & Doors Industrial Co., Ltd. (广东意博门窗实业有限公司, 制造基地), and operated by Foshan Hemujingyue Home Technology Co., Ltd. (佛山市和慕景悦家居科技有限公司, 运营主体).
EBON is an integrated manufacturer and exporter: engineering, production, quality control and international sales are run by one Foshan team, so specification and delivery stay under the same roof.
