Aluminium windows and doors, engineered for export.
Thermal break aluminium window and door systems manufactured in EBON's Foshan production bases, certified to AS 2047, NFRC and CSA Group, and shipped to projects in more than 50 countries.
Four families, one engineering standard
Every system is built around the same principles: thermal break aluminium profiles, controlled glass specification, tested water and air performance, and hardware matched to how the opening will actually be used.

Aluminium windows
Casement, tilt-and-turn, awning, sliding and fixed systems from 86 mm to 120 mm series.
Explore windows
Aluminium doors
Sliding, folding, hinged and entrance doors for terraces, balconies and facades.
Explore doors
Folding & sliding systems
Wide-opening folding doors and lift-slide systems for panoramic openings.
Wide openings
Sunrooms & fixed glazing
Curtain wall, sunroom and fixed frame packages engineered for wind load.
Glazed structures
Glass decides the performance. We make it in-house.
Glass is roughly 70% of a window's thermal and solar performance, so it is produced in-house rather than bought in. The 3i-Low-E glass is covered by patent ZL202410099072.X and blocks more than 95% of UV radiation and 93% of infrared heat, while keeping daylight transmission high.
- Double and triple glazed units, argon filled at 94% or above
- Tempered, laminated and Low-E combinations to suit climate zone
- Self-explosion rate controlled to 0.1‰ with 280 °C / 8-hour heat soaking
- 30-year contractual warranty on insulating glass units
Published performance values
The figures below come from full-size laboratory testing and certification reports, not from catalogue estimates. They are the numbers we submit with tender packages.
| System | Type | Tested U-factor | Air leakage | Certification |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| EB-112 Casement | Thermal break outward opening | 0.30 Btu/hr·ft²·°F | 0.11 cfm/ft² | NFRC EBO-C-3 |
| EB-112 Fixed | Thermal break fixed frame | 0.19 Btu/hr·ft²·°F | 0.01 cfm/ft² | NFRC EBO-C-4 |
| EB-100 Tilt & Turn | Thermal break inward opening | 0.21 Btu/hr·ft²·°F | 0.06 cfm/ft² | NFRC EBO-C-5 |
| EB-86 Casement | Thermal break casement | 0.39 Btu/hr·ft²·°F | 0.03 cfm/ft² | NFRC EBO-C-1 |
| EB-120 Side-press Sliding | Sliding window, 2200 × 2100 mm | LC-PG40 | Water 720 Pa | CSA 80250569 |
| EB-68A Folding Door | Folding system, 2200 × 2100 mm | LC-PG35 | Water 290 Pa | CSA 80250569 |
| 105 Series Swing Door | Outward opening, AS 2047 | SLS 1600 Pa / ULS 5300 Pa | WPR 450 Pa | CSi licence 7724 |
| 105 Series Awning | Hand-crank awning, AS 2047 | SLS 2500 Pa / ULS 6000 Pa | WPR 600 Pa | CSi licence 7724 |
U-factor measured to NFRC 102, air leakage to ANSI/NFRC 400, structural and water performance to AS 2047:2014 and AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440-17. Values apply to the tested configurations; project-specific configurations are confirmed against the certification schedule. Full certification details.

From your drawings to a loaded container
Drawings and specification. Send window schedules, elevations or architectural drawings. We flag anything that affects wind load, water performance or glass specification.
Engineering and quotation. Shop drawings, glass build-up, hardware schedule and a line-by-line quotation with certified performance values.
Production and inspection. Profiles machined on CNC lines, glazing assembled in-house, 64 inspection procedures and five-property lab testing before packing.
Export packing and delivery. Protective packing, desiccant, crate marking and loading photographs, with FOB or CIF terms to your port.
Before you send an enquiry
If your question is not here, send it with your drawing package. We answer technical questions in writing so you can forward the answer to your client.
Which certifications can you provide for tender submissions?
AS 2047:2014 through CSi (licence 7724), NFRC product certifications for the United States (CPD EBO-C-1, C-3, C-4, C-5) and a CSA Group certificate of compliance (80250569) for Canada. CE marking and ISO 9001 are also in place. Test reports and certificate copies are supplied with quotations.
Can you manufacture to project drawings and window schedules?
Yes. We work from architectural drawings, window and door schedules, or a simple list of sizes and elevations, and issue shop drawings for approval before production.
What is the production lead time?
Around 25 working days after drawing approval and deposit for standard systems. Special glass coatings or large volumes are confirmed at order stage.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed minimum for trial orders, but container-load quantities give the best freight economics. We will advise the most economical configuration for your project size.
Which glass and hardware options are available?
Double or triple glazing, tempered or laminated glass, Low-E coatings and argon filling at 94% or above. Hardware in German and Chinese branded systems for casement, tilt-and-turn, sliding and folding operation.
How are windows packed for sea freight?
PE film and corner guards on frames, plywood crates or pallets with desiccant, and packing photographs before shipment.
